Result EC-Pfam
This table shows all existing EC-Pfam associations extracted from
SIFTS, SwissProt, and TremBL, as well as those predicted by
ECDomainMiner (ECDM) from these. Clicking on an EC number links out to
the Expasy page for that EC number. Clicking on a Pfam domain links out
to the corresponding Pfam page. Entering some text in the Filter box
will cause only lines from the table that contain a matching string to
be shown. This table also allows one to view the PDB structures involved
in each association. There are three possible conditions: (1) the
associations calculated by ECDM are identical to those in SIFTS; (2)
some or all of the ECDM predictions differ from those in SIFTS; (3) ECDM
predicts one or more associations whereas SIFTS has none. In the latter
case, these predictions from ECDM may be considered as candidate
annotations to enrich the existing PDB annotations.
